Anabel’s Grocery is a social entrepreneurship practicum in the management and operation of a campus-based, student led nonprofit enterprise addressing food insecurity. "I’ve learned so much about food justice and leadership; plus, it’s a great learning space for students to explore themes and (work on) committees in a learning and study space with great products from New York farms.”
